Olivia Chow has an interesting story to tell. I felt like it was sometimes bogged down with dates and facts and the writing was a bit awkward but despite that I still enjoyed this book. Recommended if you enjoy reading about politics.

A wonderful book on her life in general and politics, including her life with Jack Layton, and their journey together through his final days. A bit political but really inspiring people to make a difference in the world.

I looked forward to reading this book but was disappointed. I expected it to be much better written, and uplifting. But I was bored most of the time and finished it mostly because I thought I should read it, not because I was interested in it.

The inspiring story of a passionate Canadian who accomplished so much as a community activist, school trustee, city councillor, and MP. A great read.

Most of the book was about politics, and very average. However, the last few chapters completely held my interest and made me glad I read to the end. It was wise and uplifting.
