This poor writer suffers far more from insomnia than I do. I feel like an amateur in comparison. This book looks at our 24/7 way of life, the loss of darkness at night, the constant distractions of TV and the internet, and pretty soon, I was feeling a little desperate for all of us. A good book with an important cautionary tale.
