This is really the first "diet book" I have read, although I guess I would classify it more as a nutrition book. I was skeptical, but have been following the basic ideas (i.e. eating 6 small meals with a protein and complex carb) for a couple of weeks now, and feel fantastic. Lots of energy all the time. The book is pretty well written and organized, although a bit schmaltzy at times.
