Lots of easy, useful recipes for winter veggies...and they don't require you to go out and buy tons of exotic ingredients. I particularly liked the idea of mashing turnips into mashed potatoes to make them more appealing. This is one I'd definitly buy for myself.

The potato yeast rolls and the mashed potato biscuits are good.
