While the story is quite predictable, this is a fun chick flick with some good laughs. Perfect for a girl's night where you will be chatting through the film.

Not to bad of a movie! Beautiful Irish scenery! But the sound track sucks bad hard to understand what is said a lot.

Definitely cheesy overall, but the movie is a fun chick flick that includes a great view of Ireland.

Wonderful, refreshing although not very kind to the American way of life. The Irish are delightful and the acting is really fun. A real winner although Rotten Tomatoes does not give it a great review.

ok, it's cliché and predictable and follows the formula for a rom-com. It's like THE Quiet MAN in spirit. Don't take it too seriously. All's well that ends well. The two leads are what makes it good and the leads here are fantastic! Amy Adams and Matthew Goode are great here.

The Irish scenery in the movie is fantastic. Other than that nothing special with the movie, watchable but easily forgotten.

I didn't really expect a whole lot out of this movie and I was pleasantly surprised. I thought it was charming and sweet and certainly memorable. The scenery is definitely breathtaking and I enjoyed the interplay between the main actors. Overall, the movie was a nice balance of humour and some real shining moments of truth that might make you reflect upon your own life and the people in it.

Sometimes actors who contain a high amount of pure charisma and charm can single-handedly elevate sub-par material through their own natural appeal. This very nearly happens in Leap Year, which is just about the most cliche romantic comedy you could dream up. It would seem stale and tired in the '20s. The charm here comes courtesy of not Amy Adams, but Matthew Goode. Sure, Adams is fine if a little bland with her take on the character, but Goode's appealingly sardonic nature is what makes this film work. He doesn't push too hard with the brusque personality, but makes his character well-rounded and oh so attractive. Sure, the motions these two go through are everything you think when reading that short plot summary, but Goode makes it all at least marginally worthwhile. Alright, Adams does fine too.

A fun, fluffy movie. Great for a kick back and relax night. Nothing difficult, good story and acting. Relax and enjoy it.
