Although I stuck to the Lunar exercise only (there's also a Solar one), I felt that this DVD was fairly easy going and just the right amount of time for me to relax and stretch my muscles. I never felt like I had to keep up with the instructor; I simply did what I could, knowing my body’s limitations, and felt great doing it. There is such a sense of happiness and relief when one’s own breath flows with the movements of one’s body. I recommend giving this DVD a try if you are in the beginning stages of your yoga practice.

This is totally not a beginners yoga DVD! I was in such pain and could barely do the poses. It felt like the instructor was just showing off how flexible she was. If you really are a beginner, or have joint/back/knee problems, take a pass on this one.

the dvd is only for beginners who can get their leg over their not for beginners at all, if you don't already know how to modify positions and such its impossible, luckily I do so on a whole it was ok but i've been doing yoga for a good ten years while the length is good (only 25 mins) I was very surprised it was labled as a beginners....
