An oldie but goodie! I made it into a felt board and use it for hugs and kisses storytimes.

This book about a travelling kiss passed to Little Bear from his grandmother via several friends is a very sweet concept. However, I don't like that the skunks are shown kissing and amorous towards each other. Not appropriate.

I love this book, it is such a sweetly told story. Back in 2000 I was a Youth-Friends Volunteer helping children with their reading. A child and I read this book together. I doubt he remembers the book, but a Kiss for Little Bear has lived in my heart since then. It is a wonderful little book, written during simpler times. Enjoy.
